Guys the layout is always a huge hit with the kids and families. The Loveland, Colorado community was no different thanks to the devotion you all make to help us out on an awesome O Scale 2 rail exhibit.
John and Erik ahead of schedule installed and debuted the St Vrain River section into the layout and the newly completed 10’ addition that will soon be a new switching yard and Alamosa style oil depot, did I mention Narrow Gauge with a dual gauge junction for our newly planned narrow gauge addition!? Yes the beauty of Narrow Gauge is going to be added to the LT&N in 2019. The river section performed flawlessly and is a cornerstone to the railroad.
Again thank you gentlemen for the gracious help over the past weekend and fun we had operating one the best sectional O Scale 2 rail layouts in America, it was fun!
While loading I told the guys, “Now guys careful with that cart, the river will spill all over the loading dock..”
The a Longmont Terminal & Northern will be on its homecoming exhibit in 2 weeks at the Boulder Model Railroad Club Train Expo at the Boulder County Fairgrounds.
