The shop is up, serviced the machines, and we’ve begun CASTING!

We are steadily trying to fill the missing part numbers and build the online catalog as well as a new paper catalog, but as you can imagine its a large task. In the meantime if there is that KEIL-LINE part you have been missing, please email or call us and we will be glad to help!

Azatrax Circuits & Signals

We aim to bring more enjoyment to your model railroading hobby. Much of the fun of model railroading is action — movement and blinking lights on the train layout. Our products are designed to let you easily add animation and flashing lights to your model railroad.

Right-O-Way O Scale Parts & Engineering

Our Goal
As documented, in our History section, Right-O’-Way was started by Gene LaVancil and continued under Lou Cross’ leadership. Both men did a tremendous job of promoting their business along with O Scale model railroading, in general. They realized that conducting themselves, and their business, with the highest degree honesty, integrity, and quality was the formula for success.

Because I was lucky enough to have the honor of continuing the Right-O’-Way line, bestowed upon me, I pledge to continue the tradition created and nurtured by Gene and Lou. We will continue the business practices set forth but, I tell people, “We’re going to attempt to bring Right-O’-Way into the 20th Century….. we’ll deal with the 21st Century later. This will include, but is not limited to, an internet presence, adding products, and improving some of the existing line.

All of this will take time and capitol but we have a plan and it’s more important to take our time and get it right. If anyone ever has an issue with Right-O’-Way I ask that you please give me the opportunity to make things right. Thank you,

Jay Criswell

The Colorado Model Railroad Museum

Rave reviews from all over the world are flooding in about the Colorado Model Railroad Museum, located by the mainline of the Union Pacific Railroad in Greeley, Colorado
This one-of-a-kind facility features over 600 railroad-related artifacts ranging from a Virginia and Truckee Railroad switch key to a full-sized Colorado and Southern wooden Caboose available for examining both inside and out.
Designed to appeal to visitors of all ages and nationalities, the CMRM has set record attendance marks in its first four years of operation and has become the leading year-round tourist attraction in Weld County, Colorado. The highlight of the museum is its huge, 5,500 sq. ft. operating model railroad dubbed “the finest model railroad I’ve ever seen”, by the 30-year senior editor of Model Railroader magazine, Jim Hediger, Milwaukee, WI.
Visitors may actually stroll through this three dimensional creation while the railroad is in operation. They are surrounded by rugged mountains with handmade features including 16,000 fir, 8,000 deciduous and 4,000 aspen trees. Rivers abound. Scenery becomes three dimensional art. The use of cameras is encouraged and guides are available to answer railroad-related questions and to point out unique aspects of this one-of-a-kind modeling wonder. Take a visual tour through this amazing railroad in miniature via the CMRM website, then plan of visiting the museum in person the next time you visit Colorado.

DCC Hobby Supply

About DCC Hobby Supply:

Several years ago I became interested in changing the control system of my HO “Ohio Division” of the New York Central railroad from traditional DC operation to Digital Command Control (DCC). I had purchased a couple of Broadway Limited’s sound equipped locomotives so already had the beginnings of a collection of DCC equipped engines. I began to shop the internet for information and the best deal available. I eventually settled on equipment made by Digitrax because of its excellent value and reputation. I ordered my starter set and power supply and, eventually, various decoders and accessories, all of which functioned flawlessly on my layout. As I worked with the different components of my new control system I was amazed at how much more enjoyable and prototypical it was to “run my trains rather than my track”!

Eventually, I had an opportunity to purchase the remaining DCC inventory from a hobby shop that was closing down and began selling it through Ebay auctions and an Ebay Store. I enjoyed that experience greatly and decided after a time to open my own internet store which you are experiencing at this moment.

Eventually, I was joined in the business by my wife, Nancy, who takes care of much of the office work and helps with shipping and many other important tasks. Our goal is to provide the best products, along with top quality service, to the model railroading community around the world.

Welcome to our store and come back often!

The Appalachian & Ohio Model Railroad

Welcome to the Appalachian and Ohio Railroad. Whether it’s the busy Ohio River industrial metropolis of Millport, the rainy mountain towns of Ridge and Darwin, or the funky tipples in the lonely hollers of the Kayford Coal Branch – I hope you find something to enjoy looking at and that stokes your fires for prototypical model railroading.

Boulder Model Railroad Club

The Boulder Model Railroad Club (BMRC) is the Premier Model Railroad Club for Boulder, Broomfield, Adams, Jefferson Counties and beyond in Colorado. The BMRC is about having fun with model railroading. The club is not focused around a club layout, which means it can – and must! – appeal to a variety of skills and interests. It has something for practically everyone, from the person who only sets up a train at Christmas, to the “tin plate” collector, to the high-tech DCC operator, to the “rivet counter,” to the historian, to the diorama creator, or to the builder of a basement empire.
