Chip with some help from other COSM members Erik and Jeff have been working on a new consist that Chip once rode as youth in the 1950’s. Chip fondly recalls riding in the upper because it was lower than the upper; or something like that. Chip is a very passionate historian and his wealth of experience and knowledge is very useful in creating our historical and educational exhibits.
