Colorado O Scale Modeler’s General Membership Meeting for September.

The plan was to meet at COSM member Jeff MacDonald’s and have a layout tour this month at his incredible High Plains Route. Last minute changes brought us back to Tim’s Toy Trains in Louisville, Colorado. We will be going to Jeff’s on our October meeting. Adding to the change we were missing a lot of the guys due to the 2014 National Narrow Gauge Convention in Kansas City.  Those of us present have made arrangements to hold a planning meeting September 19th. All the COSM members that have expressed an interest in being involved in the standards committee are going to finalize the standards for the new layout. John Johnson will likely head up the standards committee. Rick Trinkle, Tim Burton, John Johnson, Bob Hiller, Erik Lindgren, and new COSM member Ben Fearn all came out for Pizza and running trains at Tim’s.

Lots of pretty trains came out to play tonight!

Erik Lindgren brought some passenger trains, Rick Trinkle and his amazing coal trains hit the high rail!
